This position handles the care, maintenance, and general upkeep of the property grounds to include basic landscape as well as general cleanliness.

What will I be doing?

As a Grounds Keeper you will be responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards :

• Perform routine and special general labor work assignments as directed.
• Maintain the property grounds including basic landscaping and overall cleanliness, using backpack blowers and pressure wash desks and other surfaces.
• Transport and use of tools, materials, and supplies as required
• Remove trash, remove and reinstall trash dumpsters
• Remove dust, dirt, grease, and waste material from surfaces.
• Dig holes, ditches, and trenches.
• Maintain detailed record-keeping in English for logs and inspection sheets.

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Current Driver’s License
• Prior grounds or landscaping experience
• Experience maintaining and using tools and equipment

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions :

Hospitality and / or hotel experience
